soya bean milk as meal replacement.. for attempting to lose weight. (lol i randomly tried miso soup that day and it didnt work)
kimchi for my not so great digestive system.. well ive tried yogurt, digestive drinks, miso soup haha and others like kombucha honey version and well yeah kimchi just seem to work for me best
though kimchi is acquired taste for me and i took at least 7-10 years before im totally ok to eat it 🙃ðŸ«
no i cant americano either rofl (all these acquired tastes)
